The Evolve Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Mansfield there are three academies in the Trust – Brunts (secondary), Beech (special) and Bramble (primary). The Trust is passionate about creating opportunities for all students to believe in themselves, achieve their potential and develop the skills needed to succeed and enjoy life. The Trust have positive working relationship with the business community who support many fantastic careers and employability programmes which have a real impact on the life chances of our students.
I would like to invite you to a networking event, the purpose of which is to consult with the business community on employer engagement strategy:
– How can the Trust work more closely together for mutual benefits?
– Can the Trust help you recruit your future workforce?
– What support can be given to help with the development of your workforce?
– Do you have projects that talented 6th formers could do for you, for example –
research, IT, social media, marketing, analysis of data.
– How do we communicate more effectively and listen to your concerns about education?
The desired outcome of this consultation is that the Evolve Trust will have a business led employer engagement strategy that impacts on the local economy and the life chances of young people across Mansfield & Ashfield.
